Payment

The PayPal Shopping Cart system is integrated into the website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site to complete your purchase. Nobody at Moon Cottage Jewellery will see your card details at any time.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item within seven days of receipt.  The goods should be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that, except in the case of the goods being faulty, all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer. 

• Due to hygiene regulations, earrings may not be returned unless they are faulty.  
• It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely.
• Custom made goods are exempt from these regulations.
  

Postage

Postage is included in the price and is for Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means that a signature will be required on receipt.  I aim to despatch all orders within two working days, however, in the unlikely event of a delay, I will contact you via email.

Other methods of postage, for example Next Day Delivery, can be arranged by contacting me and will be charged at cost.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be securely cossetted in a jiffy-bag and presented in a pretty gift box - ideal for a last minute gift!  If you would like a gift card included (at no extra cost) just let me know by email. 

International Orders

I am happy to send my jewellery world-wide.  If you are not in the UK or Channel Islands, please contact me to arrange shipping.

Custom Orders
